About me

Creating wellness opportunities for those who need it the most

Combating loneliness in adults through community driven wellbeing

Hello, I'm Elle..

I am a qualified artist, yoga teacher, fitness instructor, sound bath practitioner, and instructor in Pilates, barre, and SEND-focused wellness and fitness. My work centres on delivering inclusive, accessible wellbeing provision for individuals and communities who are often excluded from traditional wellness spaces.

I am committed to bridging the gap in accessibility to wellness opportunities, particularly for children and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and for women affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. My practice is grounded in person-led, trauma-informed principles, ensuring that sessions prioritise safety, autonomy, and individual needs rather than performance or conformity.

Alongside my teaching, I am deeply influenced by nature, sustainability, and slow, mindful living. These values inform both the structure and pace of my sessions, encouraging connection, regulation, and presence. I believe wellbeing should be supportive, ethical, and rooted in real-life contexts, not removed from them.

I am also a photographer and website designer, with a strong visual sensibility and an appreciation for natural beauty, simplicity, and thoughtful design. This creative practice complements my teaching, allowing me to communicate wellbeing through imagery, storytelling, and intentional digital spaces that feel calm, accessible, and human.

Across all areas of my work, my aim is to create inclusive, respectful, and meaningful experiences that support wellbeing, creativity, and independence, for individuals, communities, and the environments we share.

Alongside my tailored classes for underprivileged groups I also offer weekly public Yoga, Pilates and wellness classes with an emphasis on community driven and friendship building social fitness opportunities, as I believe meaningful connection has the truest impact on our wellbeing.
